Description
HY-BIO Elite is the best performing biodegradable lubricant for hydraulic systems on the market. Its unique formula, exclusive to PROLAB, provides it with exceptional properties that allow it to outperform all plant-based or synthetic biodegradable products and even certain standard mineral oil-based lubricants.
Features and Benefits
HY-BIO Elite biodegradable and eco-friendly lubricant for hydraulic systems has a unique formulation, based on 100% high-performance eco-synthetic oil with a premium antioxidant additive. Thus, it stands out for its superior thermal stability, its excellent resistance to hydrolysis (it degrades very little in the presence of water), load, oxidation (between 5000 and more than 10000 hours depending on the grades) and corrosion, in addition to having excellent low-foaming characteristics. Thanks to its very low pour point and high viscosity index, it offers better lubrication and superior performance at all temperatures.
HY-BIO Elite is ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY: biodegradable and ecological, it contains no heavy metals, organochlorines or nitrous compounds.
It is formulated to meet OECD 301B, OECD 201-202 and 203 standards and is composed of a minimum of 80% renewable materials.
HY-BIO Elite is SAFE as it is not regulated under WHMIS and is available in five ISO grades: #15, #22, #32 and #46.
Types of Applications
HY-BIO Elite is essential in any hydraulic system exposed to an ecological risk in the event of an accidental spill: work near waterways, port facilities, marine equipment, forestry, agriculture, etc.
In addition, when low temperature conditions are encountered, HY-BIO Elite #22 becomes an excellent choice.
