Description

PL-BIO is the best all-purpose biodegradable and environmentally friendly lubricant-penetrant with anti-friction treatment on the market. Its action is faster, more durable, more efficient, and safer than all similar products.

Features and Benefits

PL-BIO lubricates and reduces friction on all mechanisms and moving parts. It penetrates deeply and protects against corrosion and wear, leaving a protective lubricating film. Made from renewable resources, PL-BIO is environmentally friendly and safe for users:

  • Biodegradable and environmentally friendly;
  • Not regulated under WHMIS;
  • Does not contain silicone, Teflon, organochlorines, or nitrous compounds;
  • Does not contain heavy metals such as lead, zinc, chromium, magnesium, and vanadium;
  • Does not contain petroleum oils or additives containing petroleum oils;
  • Does not emit a strong unpleasant odor (no unpleasant petroleum odor);
  • Dielectric constant up to 30 kV;
  • Does not contain VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds, VOCs contribute to air pollution. They react with nitrogen oxides in the presence of light to form tropospheric ozone and photochemical smog);
  • High flash point (180°C), therefore no restrictions on transport and storage.


PL-BIO is versatile and economical; it outperforms and replaces all similar products, such as ordinary all-purpose penetrants and lubricants, chain lubricants of all kinds, etc.

PL-BIO is approved by Health Canada and NSF for category H1, so it can be used in food facilities where incidental food contact may occur.

Its aerosol version is exceptional: it contains no CFCs, isobutane, or propane, so it does not harm the ozone layer. Economical because it contains much more active product and very little propellant.

Types of Applications

PL-BIO is essential in the workshop, for cars, and at home (ideal for garden tools, pruning shears, etc.), as well as in any business, from the smallest to the largest, regardless of its sector of activity. It can also be used in businesses operating in the food industry. Use it in locks and padlocks, on hinges, chains, and bolts. Apply it wherever you need to lubricate and protect against corrosion and wear. Can be used in liquid form for lubricating pneumatic systems.
