Description
HY-PRO is a hydraulic system lubricant with a unique 100% synthetic formula including an anti-friction treatment, exclusive to PROLAB, which gives it exceptional properties that allow it to outperform all other ordinary oils on the market, whether mineral or synthetic-based.
Characteristics and benefits
The HY-PRO synthetic lubricant is the result of the most advanced research in the lubrication of today's hydraulic systems. It has been formulated from premium synthetic base oils and state-of-the-art additives, including PROLAB's unique ANTI-FRICTION TREATMENT.
Tested in an ultra-modern laboratory and proven in the most difficult operating conditions, HY-PRO lubricant has demonstrated the following characteristics:
- The presence of the anti-friction treatment, which coats metal surfaces with a lubricating film, provides superior protection for pump gears against wear caused by friction, thus lowering operating temperatures;
- it also ensures full power transmission, smooth operation and increased reliability in extreme conditions;
- The choice of high-quality additives allows HY-PRO to offer better resistance to oxidation and degradation, gives it extraordinary stability in the face of contaminants, and excellent anti-corrosion properties;
- Its very low pour points and high viscosity indices (depending on the chosen grade) make it a very reliable lubricant that is excellent for low-temperature starts and remains stable at high temperatures.
HY-PRO is not regulated under WHMIS, making it a SAFE product that poses no health hazard to workers. It is available in 4 ISO grades: 32, 46, 68 and 100.
