Description

HY-BIO Flush is a 100% biodegradable food-grade oil designed for flushing hydraulic systems of their initial conventional lubricant after drainage, in preparation for replacement with a biodegradable synthetic lubricant, ProlabHY-BIO.

Features and Benefits

HY-BIO Flush oil is a vegetable oil that can be used in the food industry. Since it is 100% biodegradable and comes from renewable resources, it is ecological and environmentally friendly.

Its high viscosity index, low pour point, and high flash point favor its use over a relatively wide range of temperatures during flushing.

HY-BIO Flush is generally compatible with mineral oils of different viscosity grades and is therefore effective at mixing with residual oil after the initial draining of the existing lubricant, then carrying it away during flushing.

HY-BIO Flush is ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY: biodegradable and ecological, it contains no heavy metals, organochlorines, or nitrous compounds.

It is SAFE for workers as it is unregulated under WHMIS. It is not regulated for transport.
