GR-5000 is a premium bearing grease that outperforms standard greases of the same viscosity based on lithium, aluminum, or polyurea.
Features and Benefits
GR-5000 has a special formulation combining the following elements:
- Overbased calcium sulfonate complex
- Premium mineral base oil
This formula, derived from the latest thickener technologies, makes GR-5000 a grease with exceptional performance: it reduces friction, protects against rust, corrosion and oxidation, offers superior resistance to load, wear and water, as well as excellent mechanical stability.
The superior properties of GR-5000, unaffected by temperature variations, help extend relubrication intervals and reduce maintenance costs.
Types of Applications
GR-5000 is particularly effective in bearings with a maximum operating speed of 3600 rpm: dryer bearings, bearings exposed to water (wet end of paper machines), calender rolls, heavy vehicle wheels, electric motors.
