Extreme-pressure, water-resistant grease for incidental food contact

GSA-4000 is a high-performance, multi-purpose grease specifically designed for equipment

maintenance in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Its calcium sulfonate thickener provides

exceptional protection against wear, heavy loads, and moisture, surpassing most conventional

lithium, aluminum, or polyurea-based greases.

Features and Benefits

Registered with NSF for incidental food contact (H1), GSA-4000 benefits from a thickener whose

intrinsic properties enhance protection against wear and corrosion. Thanks to its excellent

physico-chemical performance, it is suitable for a wide range of applications, including bearing

lubrication up to 3500 RPM, use in automated/centralized lubrication systems, and protection of

mechanical components exposed to highly humid environments.

Applications

GSA-4000 is recommended for lubricating bottling equipment, mixers, bearings, conveyors, and

plain bearings. It offers a service temperature range from –20 °C to 120 °C.
