Instructions for use

Use the GS-1000, ensuring to always follow the equipment manufacturer's recommendations.

Aerosol application: Shake the container for a few seconds. Apply the GS-1000 for a maximum of 3 seconds. Repeat as needed.

Warning

When changing greases, make sure to validate the compatibility of the greases in use (consult PROLAB's grease compatibility chart).

Keep away from flames, such as pilot lights, and any spark-producing objects, such as an electric motor. Store away from heat sources. Dielectric constant: use GS-1000 on dry and clean surfaces. Any contamination of GS-1000 will cancel the dielectric constant and its safety aspect.

Description

GS-1000 with ANTIFRICTION TREATMENT is the best all-purpose grease on the market. Its action is faster, more durable and more efficient than any similar grease.

Characteristics and benefits

GS-1000 is a superior quality all-purpose grease with a unique formulation combining the following three elements:

- Synthetic base oil;
- Overbased calcium sulfonate complex;
- PROLAB's ANTIFRICTION TREATMENT.

This exclusive PROLAB formula makes GS-1000 a grease with exceptional performance.
In all seasons, it:

- Reduces friction;
- Protects against rust and corrosion;
- Resists load;
- Offers superior mechanical stability (shear stable);
- Offers excellent water resistance.

Although it is N.L.G.I. #2 grade, GS-1000 has pumpability properties comparable to those of a #0 grade; it is ideal for high rotational speeds (speeds ranging between 3000 and 10 000 rpm).

GS-1000 is VERSATILE and ECONOMICAL
It covers 3 N.L.G.I. grades, which reduces grease inventories and also helps to space out greasing intervals (reduction in grease consumption, reduction in energy consumption).

GS-1000 is SAFE and PRACTICAL
It has a dielectric constant of 7000 volts. It is available in several formats, notably in an aerosol container that allows lubrication of the most difficult to reach places.
