Description

GSA-6000 is a synthetic grease for the food industry. Superior in quality, it outperforms standard greases of the same viscosity based on lithium, aluminum, or polyureas.

GSA-6000 has a unique formulation combining the following elements:

- Synthetic base oil;
- Prolab's antifriction treatment;
- Overbased calcium sulfonate complex;
- Superior adhesion agents.

GSA-6000, a food-grade grease with EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE
In all seasons, it reduces friction, protects against rust, corrosion, and oxidation, offers exceptional resistance to load, wear, and water, as well as excellent mechanical and thermal stability. Although it is an N.L.G.I. #2 grade, GSA-6000 has pumpability properties comparable to a #0 grade; it is ideal for high rotational speeds (ranging from 3000 to 10,000 rpm).

GSA-6000 is VERSATILE and ECONOMICAL
It covers 3 N.L.G.I. grades, which helps reduce grease inventories and also contributes to extending lubrication intervals (reduction in grease consumption, reduction in energy consumption).

GSA-6000 is SAFE and PRACTICAL
It is NSF approved (H1 - Lubricant with incidental food contact) for use in food processing plants. It is also CFIA approved. It contains no harmful contaminants for health and the environment. It is available in several formats.
