PROLAB is currently looking for a Sales Representative to develop and grow the Alberta territory.
Your Role: Grow the Territory from all angles
This is a hybrid sales role combining distribution development and direct B2B growth.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key distributors and their sales teams
- Drive sell-through and product adoption within partner networks
- Identify and develop direct B2B opportunities with end-users
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, closing
- Train and support partners and clients on product applications
- Execute a clear strategy to maximize territory performance

The profile we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who can navigate both direct sales and indirect channels with confidence.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience (B2B and/or distribution environment)
- Proven ability to develop business both directly and through partners
- Strong skills in relationship building, influence, and closing
- Structured, autonomous, and results-oriented
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating as an independent contractor
- Proactive, sharp, and solution-driven
Assets:
- Experience in automotive, industrial, or heavy equipment sectors
- Familiarity with distributors such as NAPA, Carquest, or similar
- Bilingual (English/French)
