AF-200 with ANTIFRICTION TREATMENT is a superior quality industrial multi-purpose grease that outperforms standard lithium, aluminum, or polyurea-based greases of the same viscosity.
Features and Benefits
AF-200 has a unique formulation combining the following elements:
- Overbased calcium sulfonate complex;
- Premium quality mineral base oil;

This PROLAB exclusive formula makes AF-200 an industrial grease with exceptional performance: it reduces friction, protects against rust, corrosion and oxidation, offers exceptional load resistance as well as excellent mechanical stability and water resistance.
The excellent properties of AF-200 help extend lubrication intervals and save on maintenance costs. It is available in N.L.G.I. grade #2.
Types of Applications
AF-200 is essential in any business, from the smallest to the largest, regardless of its sector of activity. It is particularly effective in any demanding application, especially bearings subjected to heavy loads and rotating at medium speeds of ± 1750 rpm, as well as for lubricating joints, pins, slides, and plain bearings. It is dielectric up to 7 KV.
